Morning Auto-Lock

This module is included in your subscription — there is no extra charge. You activate it yourself under Settings → Extensions.

What do you get?

You choose the hours
Set the evening hour when locking happens and the latest start time that counts as a morning class. Defaults are 20:00 and 9:00.
Only empty classes are locked
Only morning classes with no bookings at all are locked. As soon as at least one person is booked, the class stays open.
Clear message for clients
On a locked class the booking button is disabled and “Class is postponed” is shown.
Notification for administrators
If a client tries to book a locked class, administrators and managers receive an email with the class name, date, time and the client.

Turn on the module
In the organization settings, turn on the module and choose the lock hour and the end of “morning”.
Wait until the chosen hour
Until that hour the evening before, clients can book morning classes as usual.
Empty classes get locked
After that hour, a morning class with no bookings no longer accepts sign-ups.
You get notified
If someone still tries to book, they see “Class is postponed” and you receive an email.

The module is off by default and is turned on in the organization settings.
Existing bookings are not cancelled: only classes with no bookings at all are locked.
If there are still no bookings on the day of the class, it stays locked.
