Events

You add special events to the calendar – a camp, a seminar, an open class. Instead of a direct booking, clients see a page with all the details.

What do you get?

• Calendar event

  You pick a day and time, and the event appears in the studio calendar, next to the regular classes.
• Title and description

  You describe the event with formatted text – the program, terms, everything the client needs to know.
• Photo

  You can upload a photo for each event, shown at the very top.
• Up to 4 links

  You add up to four links with a title – for example to tickets, a sign-up form or a social network.
• Information page

  The client opens a page with the title, date, time, photo and description, and from there can go to the studio name.

How does it work?

• Activate the module

  In the organization settings, in the add-ons section, you turn on “Events”.
• Create an event

  You add a new slot to the calendar and choose “Events”. You set the time, then fill in the title, description, photo and links.
• The client sees it in the calendar

  On the day of the event, the client selects it from the list of classes and, instead of a booking, opens its information page.
