Subscription cards

Sell cards with a set number of visits or unlimited ones, valid from a few weeks up to a year. The system counts each visit automatically when a client books.

Included in the price

This module is included in your subscription — there is no extra charge. You activate it yourself under Settings → Extensions.

What do you get?

Your own card types
Set a name, description, price, number of visits (or unlimited) and validity period, from 1 week to 1 year.
Only for selected activities
You can limit a card type to specific activities. If you select none, it is valid for all.
Automatic deduction
When a client with a valid card books, the visit is taken from the card. When the limit runs out, the card ends.
Tracking expiring cards
A list of cards by section: active, expiring, expired, upcoming and cancelled. Cards that are about to end are highlighted.
One-click renewal
The new card starts the day after the old one ends, with no lost days.
Clients see their cards
Clients have a page with their active cards, and their booking shows a QR code for the card.
Vouchers
Free visits issued automatically: a free first class, a free period for new clients, or a bonus every N-th visit. They are used before the card; you set them up under Vouchers.

How does it work?

Create a card type
Choose a name, visits, validity period and, optionally, the activities it applies to.
Add a card to a client
Choose the client and the card type. You set the start date and status, and the end date is calculated automatically.
The client books
On booking, the visit is deducted automatically from their card.
Track and renew
You see which cards are expiring and renew them with one click.

Good to know

A card is added to a client by an administrator. Clients do not buy or pay for cards online through the system.
If a client has several valid cards for the activity, the one that expires first is used first.
If the booking is cancelled, the visit is returned to the card.
