Video materials: Not included in the price. We offer additional content packages on request.
Internet: A stable WiFi connection is required (min. 20 Mbps per device). The system does not support LAN cable. We are not responsible for issues caused by the internet provider or local equipment.
Lead times: Hardware shipping within up to 14 business days after payment (for orders up to 5 TVs). We are not responsible for courier delays.
Delivery: Included in the price for Bulgaria. For orders outside the country, please ask for additional information.
Cabling: The calculated price includes cables up to 15m from the main device. For longer distances, an additional fee applies.
Installation: The service includes only connection and software setup. TVs must be pre-mounted. We do not perform construction or renovation work.
Support: Remote diagnostics within 48 hours. On-site visit (if needed) – up to 7 business days.
Ownership: Upon service termination, the hardware remains the client's property, but software access is deactivated.
Contract and payment: No long-term commitment. Payment is in advance. The service is automatically terminated on the 3rd day after due date if unpaid.
